Common questions
Open a recipe on TikTok, Instagram, or the web, tap the Share button, and choose MyEats. The app will organize the recipe into ingredients and cooking steps.
Make sure the recipe link is public and available, then try sharing it again. If it still fails, email us the source link, your device type, and your MyEats app version. Please remove any private information before sending screenshots.
Open Grocery in MyEats to add recipe ingredients and invite household members. List updates stay together so everyone can see what is left to buy.
From your grocery list, choose the Instacart shopping option. Review the matched products, quantities, prices, and availability in Instacart before placing an order.
Subscriptions are managed by the store where you purchased MyEats. Use Apple Subscriptions or Google Play Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your MyEats account does not automatically cancel a subscription.
Account & data
In the app, go to Profile → Account → Delete account. If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion by email. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.
Deletion removes your account profile and associated app data, including saved recipes, collections, meal plans, grocery lists, and household content. We may retain limited records only as needed for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or normal backup operations.
Account deletion does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it through the store where you subscribed before deleting your account.
